Pitch a brand idea or tell us about your category
Tell us what category you are working in and what demand signal brought you there. Reorder data, shopper behaviour, and product context are all useful starting points.
We have received your message.
We will review it and follow up if there is a good fit. We read every submission and respond to the ones that align with how Palette works.
Questions we hear often.
Yes, for the Build model. If you have identified a category with measurable reorder potential but have not yet formalised the brand, that is exactly where Palette's Build model begins. For the Back model, we look for founders who already have a product with real repeat-buy data.
We work across Indian consumer goods categories: personal care, nutrition, household products, and food. The category must show strong reorder behaviour in Indian e-commerce data. We do not work with categories where purchase is primarily one-time or event-driven.
For brands we back: ongoing access to category reorder data and the analysis infrastructure we built internally, brand architecture input, and operational guidance on supply chain and distribution. We are not a hands-off investor. The data layer is the primary resource we bring to every partnership.
The initial data read on a category typically takes two to three weeks. If the category passes our three tests and the founder fit looks strong, we move to a more detailed discussion within four to six weeks of first contact. We do not rush this step because the category read is what everything else is built on.
Bring the evidence you have, including purchase history, reorder behaviour, pricing context, and where demand is concentrated. As an early-access studio, we may decide a category is not ready for our incubation cohort if it does not clear the three criteria, but the read can still clarify what needs to be proven next.
